Slow Scan TV (SSTV) - Amateur TV -- Ham Radio TV

SSTV is an interesting way to provide the QSL direct without any delay (mostly used by licensed Ham amateur's, but also a few pirates out there). 
Here we have the transmission of R3NA from Russia, this is Mr. Sergey. Behind those transmission is not a big radio broadcasters, but a single person of interest. Nice.
You need an additional free software on your computer for to decode the images. This picture was received in the well known 20-Meter-Band 14230 khz.
